Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the LemonPay website and app operated by Lemonpay Inc, 1140 Kildaire Farm Road, SET 207-2, Cary, North Carolina 27511.

The service

LemonPay is a prepaid card management interface. It is not a bank, not a cryptocurrency exchange, and does not provide trading, swapping, order books, or peer-to-peer transfers.

Eligibility

You must complete required identity verification and use the service only where it is lawfully available. Mainland China is excluded from planned store availability.

Cards and partners

Card issuance, conversion, and settlement may be performed by licensed partners under their own terms. Availability, limits, and merchant acceptance are set by those partners and by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use LemonPay for unlawful activity, to evade sanctions, or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend access when risk controls require it.
