Lemonpay Inc collects information needed to operate a prepaid card management product and to meet BSA/AML obligations as a FinCEN-registered Money Services Business.

Information we use

Account details, government identity documents, liveness images, device signals, and transaction metadata may be processed for onboarding, fraud prevention, and regulatory monitoring.

Sharing

We share information with licensed card partners, identity vendors, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Records are kept for the period required by financial crime regulations and then deleted or archived according to our retention schedule.
